Confidentiality:

We recognize the sensitivity of whistleblowing reports and assure you that your identity will be treated with the utmost confidentiality to the extent permitted by law. However, if you feel uncomfortable providing your identity, anonymous reports are also accepted. Please be aware that anonymous reports may limit our ability to fully investigate and address the matter.

Protection Against Retaliation:

UK law protects whistleblowers from retaliation for making a disclosure in good faith. Any form of victimization or retaliation against a whistleblower will not be tolerated and will be treated as a serious violation of policy. The identity of the whistleblower will not be disclosed without their explicit consent, unless required by law.

2. Provide the names and positions (if known) of individuals involved.
