Manned guarding
Static guarding, patrols, access observation, key control and incident escalation for commercial and vulnerable premises.
Assessed against the site and operating hoursUK Bailiffs · Commercial site protection
Manned guarding, K9 teams, CCTV towers, drone support, emergency boarding and physical perimeter measures for commercial property, open land, development sites and vulnerable assets.
Suitable services are provided or coordinated through appropriately qualified specialist personnel, subject to the site brief, legal requirements, risk assessment and availability.
Commercial security solutions
A guard may be the right answer. In other cases, better lighting, monitored CCTV, boarding, barriers, a K9 patrol or a combination of measures will provide stronger and more proportionate protection.
UK Bailiffs brings an enforcement and property-control perspective to the brief. We consider how the site is used, what has happened, who may return, what assets remain and what must be evidenced for the client.

Security capabilities
Each element is scoped separately. Availability, responsible provider, personnel, equipment, coverage hours and reporting are confirmed for the individual instruction.

The aim is not to sell every security measure. It is to identify the smallest credible combination that controls the identified exposure.
Urgent guarding, locksmith attendance, boarding or a temporary physical measure following an incident, vacancy or recovery of possession.
Planned guarding, K9 patrols, access arrangements and perimeter measures for a defined risk period.
CCTV, agreed checks, incident reporting and periodic review so the service changes when the risk changes.
Protection around the instruction
Recovering possession does not automatically leave a site protected. Doors may need securing, occupants may attempt to return, contractors may need controlled access and valuable equipment may remain exposed.
Security support can be scoped alongside a possession or land instruction while keeping the enforcement authority and security role clearly separate.
Licensing, authority and safeguards
The responsible provider, licensing position, data responsibilities, scope and escalation arrangements are confirmed according to the services selected.
Personnel undertaking contracted licensable security activity must hold the appropriate SIA licence. The required licence depends on the work actually performed, including guarding, key holding or public-space CCTV monitoring. Check SIA guidance ↗
The client and provider must establish their data roles, lawful basis, purpose, coverage, signage, access, retention and security arrangements. Monitoring people is not an unregulated add-on. Read ICO guidance ↗
Flights depend on the aircraft, operating category, pilot and operator requirements, airspace, proximity to people, land access and privacy impact. Drone deployment is never promised until feasibility is confirmed. Read CAA guidance ↗
Security dogs must be deployed with capable handlers, suitable controls, warning arrangements, training, insurance and welfare provision. Suitable instructions are coordinated with RK9 Security Services. View the K9 service →
A guard, dog team, camera or drone does not itself create a right to enter, evict, search, detain, seize property or compel compliance. Any separate enforcement or possession action must have its own lawful authority and operational plan.
From enquiry to active protection
Urgency matters, but a usable address and risk brief must come first. Attendance is not confirmed until the requirement has been assessed and accepted.
Provide the address, property type, current use, occupation, access, assets and recent incident history.
Identify the exposure, people affected, public interface, hazards, operating hours and required outcome.
Confirm the provider, service, licensing, equipment, hours, escalation route, reporting and charging basis.
Start the accepted cover, record activity and incidents, and adjust or conclude the service as the risk changes.
Who we support
Reporting and accountability
The reporting level is agreed to suit the service. It should distinguish routine activity from incidents requiring client action.
Start time, personnel, keys, equipment, site condition and responsible contacts recorded.
Patrols, checks, access events and agreed observations captured to the required frequency.
Clear instructions for emergencies, police contact, defects, trespass or significant change.
Ongoing need, outstanding risk, property handback and follow-on measures documented.
Frequently asked questions
Request a security assessment
Send the address, present risk, service required, operating hours and desired start date. We will identify the information needed, check appropriate provision and confirm whether the instruction can be accepted.
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm acceptance, reserve personnel or mean that security cover has begun. UK Bailiffs may decline or pause an instruction where the authority, scope, licensing, risk information, provider availability or safe operating plan is not sufficiently established.
