Our goal is to provide a high standard of service and a professional working environment for clients, staff, enforcement agents, contractors and members of the public.

If you believe we've fallen short, you can escalate a complaint directly to our senior management by using the form below.

Response timeframe: We aim to respond to valid complaints within 72 hours of receipt.

Note: Abusive, threatening, or repeated complaints that have already been addressed will not receive a further response.
