Taking Control of Goods Fee Amendments

Updated Enforcement Fee Scale from 1 May 2026

The Taking Control of Goods fee structure has been amended from 1 May 2026. The Notice of Enforcement stage fee has increased to £79, the Enforcement Stage fixed fee has increased to £247, and the Sale or Disposal Stage fixed fee has increased to £116. For debts above £1,900, a percentage fee of 7.5% continues to apply to the balance above that threshold at the relevant enforcement and sale stages.
