Urgent traveller issue?
Two-hour attendance target.

For accepted traveller and trespasser instructions, subject to location, completed checks and availability. This operational target relates to initial attendance; clearance and any required notice follow the circumstances of the instruction.

One-stop support for your site

You bring us the problem.
We bring the next steps together.

Removal may be the first thing you need. A needle sweep, waste clearance, repairs or overnight security may be what makes the site usable again.

You do not need to start a fresh search for every stage. We can arrange the specialist work, coordinate attendance and keep the agreed site plan moving through one point of contact.

01
Recover

Get control
of your land back.

An experienced team, a considered plan and a clear brief. We assess the situation and the appropriate route to address the occupation or vehicle issue.

Discuss the removal

The right response

Travellers, rough sleepers, occupied vans and abandoned vehicles are assessed against their own circumstances.

Experienced attendance

Risk assessment, authority checks and an operational plan shape the accepted instruction.

The wider site considered

Tell us about waste, damaged access and security concerns so follow-up work can be planned early.

A clear handover

Agree how the outcome is reported and who takes over the next stage of work.

02
Restore

Turn a vacated site
into your next opportunity.

Reopen the parking spaces. Prepare for contractors. Get the premises ready for their next use. We can arrange the work that stands between an empty site and a useful one.

Include cleanup and restoration

Site cleanup & waste clearance

Arrange the removal of agreed rubbish and fly-tipped material so the site can move towards its next use.

Needle sweeps & sharps removal

Specialist inspection and removal for agreed areas where needles or other sharps are a concern.

Specialist cleaning

Arrange assessment and appropriate cleaning where site conditions require specialist attention.

Locks, shutters & boarding

Coordinate commercial lock changes, shutter repair support and boarding for exposed openings.

03
Protect

Keep the next stage
of your site in view.

A recovered site may still be vulnerable. Plan the security around the handover, your opening hours and the period before the land is brought back into use.

Build protection into the plan

Security officers & patrols

Visible presence, access control and agreed patrol arrangements for exposed sites and premises.

K9 security teams

Dog-and-handler support where the site and risk make it a suitable part of the protection plan.

Drone surveillance

Aerial observation and site imagery where suitable, with the flight, permissions, conditions and privacy requirements assessed.

Practical securing

Address vulnerable openings and access points with appropriate locksmith, shutter and boarding support.

Choose the stages you need. We confirm the work, delivery providers, costs and timing before booking. Specialist restoration can be arranged through contractors; security and follow-up work can also be discussed for a site that has already been vacated.

Built around the outcome

What does your site
need to become?

The useful conversation goes beyond who or what needs removing. Tell us what needs to happen afterwards, and we can work backwards from that goal.

Less for you to coordinate

One conversation.
A joined-up instruction.

Bring the removal and the follow-up requirements together at the outset. You choose the scope; we coordinate the accepted work.

  1. Tell us what you need back. The location, the situation and what the site needs to be ready for.
  2. See the complete plan. Review the proposed stages, costs, providers and practical arrangements.
  3. Let us coordinate the sequence. Removal, contractor access and protection are arranged around the agreed handover.
  4. Know where things stand. Confirm the reporting, outstanding work and any continuing cover.
Other complications? Bring them to us.

The wider support
is already connected.

Horses on the land. Goods left behind. Documents to serve. Facts that need establishing. Tell us about these too, so the relevant support can be considered in your plan.

Horses on the land

Fly-grazing and apparently abandoned horse support, including assessment, ownership enquiries, notices and coordinated specialist handling. The appropriate route and welfare arrangements depend on the location and circumstances.

Illegally grazing horse support →
Goods and belongings left behind

Notice drafting, service and supporting records where belongings remain. Raise this before clearance is booked so goods can be assessed separately from waste; notice support does not itself authorise disposal.

Goods-left-behind support →
Information you need to establish

Discuss occupancy enquiries, tracing and factual investigation support through a defined, proportionate instruction. Suitable work can be coordinated with DOLOS Investigations.

Investigations and tracing →
Notices and legal documents to serve

Professional service of approved notices and court papers connected with the matter, with recipients, deadlines and evidence requirements agreed with you or your legal representative.

One call.
The whole site
on the agenda.

You do not have to work out which contractors to call first. Tell UK Bailiffs what has happened and what you need to achieve. We will discuss how much of the job you want us to coordinate.

Instructions are accepted after authority, scope, costs and availability are confirmed. The quotation identifies the delivery and any separate contractor payment arrangements. Additional work requires agreement. Security is planned to reduce exposure; it cannot guarantee that a site will not be occupied again.
