1. Promotion Period
Valid for instructions received 1–30 December 2025. Confirmed quotations remain valid for their stated duration.

2. Eligible Clients
Applies to commercial clients: landlords, agents, property managers, solicitors, housing providers. Not available to individuals acting in a personal capacity.

3. Eligible Services
Includes: CRAR, lease forfeiture, traveller/trespasser removal, eviction support, process serving, attendance-based enforcement.

4. Competitor Quote Requirements
Quotes must be:
– Written and dated within 3 days
– From a recognised UK enforcement/bailiff company
– Like-for-like in scope, location, urgency and service level
– On letterhead or verifiable from a business email domain

5. Verification Standards
UK Bailiffs may contact the issuing company to confirm authenticity, scope and accuracy. Quotes that cannot be verified will not be matched.

6. Like-for-Like Definition
A comparison will consider:
– Number of agents required
– Service urgency (emergency/out-of-hours)
– Attendance type & duration
– Mileage, travel zones, equipment requirements
– Locksmith/security/boarding-up if applicable

7. Matching or Beating the Quote
Once verified, UK Bailiffs will match or beat the comparable fee. Any reductions apply to the confirmed quotation only and not automatically to future matters.

8. £50 Enforcement Credit
Applied if we cannot match a genuine like-for-like quote.
– No cash value
– Non-transferable
– Valid until 30 December 2026
– Deducted from professional fees only

9. Fairness & Misuse Clause
The promotion may be declined if:
– A quote appears artificially low, non-commercial or misleading
– A quote has been manipulated or created in bad faith
– The service requested is materially different or carries different risks
– A competitor's quote omits essential costs normally required
UK Bailiffs will always act reasonably and explain any refusal.

10. Exclusions
– Private individual instructions
– Debt collection fees not tied to enforcement
– Court fees, locksmiths, security costs, tow/horse removal charges
– Services outsourced to third-party specialists

11. Supplier & Partner Relationship Exclusion
The Price Match Guarantee does not apply where the competitor is a company for whom UK Bailiff Services Ltd directly supplies enforcement agents, performs enforcement work on their behalf, or maintains an active subcontractor, supplier, or operational partnership arrangement. Quotes from such companies are excluded due to existing contractual obligations.

12. VAT & Price Basis
All fees and credits are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
