How it works

Allocation of work and operational process

Work is allocated by area, availability and operational need. When an instruction comes in, we will contact you to confirm whether you are available to accept it.

Case instructions and online portal access

CRAR and Writ Instructions

For CRAR and Writ work, paperwork is generally uploaded to your online portal together with the relevant instruction details and agreed payment.

  • Portal-based instruction issue
  • Clear reference and paperwork allocation
  • Payment confirmed with the job
  • Fast turnaround often required
Operational messaging and field coordination

Travellers, Forfeitures and Housing

Traveller, forfeiture and housing-related instructions may be managed operationally through a WhatsApp group or similar coordination channel, with the paperwork attached and pay confirmed separately.

  • Operational group coordination
  • Paperwork shared directly
  • Field communication kept practical
  • Instruction details confirmed clearly
Responsive attendance and field deployment

Response Expectations

For CRAR and Writ work in particular, instructions will often need to be completed the same day or the following day. Some flexibility may be possible depending on the client.

  • Same-day or next-day attendance often required
  • Timely acceptance or decline expected
  • Client-sensitive turnaround times
  • Reliability matters
Professional field standards and presentation

Presentation, certification and conduct

We do not operate a formal dress code, but all Enforcement Agents and security personnel are expected to be smart, presentable and professional. A plain shirt or tee, dark trousers and appropriate footwear will usually be suitable unless a specific instruction requires otherwise.

Contractors must also maintain the core professional requirements necessary to lawfully and responsibly undertake work.

  • Valid EA1 certificate must be held at all times
  • No work should be accepted if certification has expired
  • A valid bond to a minimum value of £10,000 is required
  • Appropriate insurance must be maintained throughout engagement
  • Professional conduct is essential at all times
  • Misconduct or repeated breaches may result in work being withdrawn
