Can I Ignore Bailiffs?

Don't ignore the letter from the Bailiffs - this is called a notice of enforcement or a compliance letter.

If you do the bailiffs (enforcement agents) can visit your home after 7 days.

As well as collecting payment for the debt they can charge you additional fees so you could end up owing more money.

If they have access to goods and you do not pay, they may remove them and sell them - often at a reduced price than what they are worth.
